PAYMENT: Payment is required at time of service. Credit card is preferred; if you'd like to pay in cash or with a check, please have exact change as we may not be able to provide change for you.
TIPPING: As a health care facility, we do not accept tipping - but we do accept kind words!
INSURANCE: We are not in-network with any insurance providers at this time. This is because we do not want anyone else deciding how we treat you or limiting the services we can provide to you. We will, however, provide "superbills" upon request which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your benefit structure.
LATE CANCELLATION FEE: Please give us at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations to your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge your account for the full cost of the service. This policy allows us time to inform our standby patients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled.
